People who visit our offices, register for or attend events sponsored by HOSTARC or other events in which HOSTARC (and/or its representatives) participates, provide personal information to HOSTARC or its representatives, and participate in user experience research studies are among the people whose information is collected by HOSTARC.
Visitors to our websites, including those who might choose to reply to a survey, leave a comment, or provide HOSTARC with their email address or other contact details in order to receive updates.
Those with login credentials for a HOSTARC account or those who oversee any of the services for a client. Sometimes an Administrative User and a Customer are the same thing. An Administrative User may occasionally be a representative employed by a client.
Furthermore, this Policy does not apply to any domains, websites, apps, APIs, or networks that belong to our customers because each of them may have its own terms and privacy policies. Our Customers are solely in charge of creating rules and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those regarding to the collection of personal information, in relation to the use of our Services by End Users with whom our Customers interact.
Data Security
HOSTARC upholds individuals' right to privacy protection. You have the right to access, rectify, update, port, or delete your personal information, as well as the right to limit or object to its processing. Please be advised that before we can handle your request to exercise your rights, we must verify that the information you are requesting to be used to exercise your rights matches your identity. A secondary cover letter should be sent with a verification email to the email address associated with your personal information on file.
Notifications of Changes
We will notify you of any changes as soon as feasible (and, if necessary, get approval) and post the revised Policy on our website along with the effective date of such changes if we feel that they could materially affect the privacy of your personal information.
